How to click & collect
Our click & collect service allows you to order your item online and collect it from any of our stores nationwide as soon as the following working day.

1. See our store locator to find your nearest store. Alternatively, use the 'in-store pickup' button on a product to check availability in your area.
2. Choose "collect from store" as your delivery option in the checkout.
What to know
You will receive an email when the item is ready to collect. When collecting, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email.
You will need to bring your payment card and need to show photo ID (passport or driving license, matching the name of the person who placed the order).
We’d recommend checking the opening hours of the store before travelling.
You have up to 90 days to collect your order.
Please be aware that Klarna is currently unavailable for click & collect orders.
